1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report the issue. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging to help us process your request promptly.

2. Non-Refundable Items

As all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer.
  • Customer preference changes after the order has been placed.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

4. Print Tolerances

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) for direct-to-garment (DTG) items are within acceptable tolerances and will not be considered defects.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, you can:

  • Request a reprint (additional charges may apply).
  • Opt for a partial refund for the order.
